As a founder with 12 years of management studies in France, I have firsthand experience navigating immigration complexities in Europe, Africa, and the United States. Undocumented from 2009 to 2011, I returned to Senegal for 10 years before relocating to the United States in 2022. While I believe in the potential of one's home country, everyone should have the freedom to succeed wherever they choose. Our goal is to empower migrants by assisting with job searches, resume building, and translating job descriptions. We also provide support with asylum applications and transportation to hearing appointments. This fundraising campaign seeks to provide these essential services to migrants. That's why I am committed to making Insertim Services a reality.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower migrants to thrive by offering comprehensive support services, fostering integration, self-sufficiency, and social cohesion. We provide programs like language classes and job placement to equip individuals with the skills needed to succeed. We also offer additional services such as housing assistance, legal aid, and mental health support to address the various challenges migrants may face.
By creating communities where migrants feel welcomed and valued, we aim to foster social cohesion and encourage cultural exchange. Our initiatives promote mutual understanding and respect, helping to build bridges between migrants and their new neighbours. Together, we can create a more inclusive and harmonious society where everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to thrive.
Our Impact
Our comprehensive support has made a significant difference in the lives of many migrants, including asylum seekers, EAD holders, and refugees. We have helped countless individuals find suitable jobs, enabling them to support themselves and their families.
To address the challenge of limited communication skills, we offer English language classes tailored to different proficiency levels. By improving their language skills, migrants can better integrate into their communities, access essential services, and build meaningful relationships.
We also recognize the importance of digital literacy. Our computer basic skills training equips migrants with the knowledge they need to navigate the digital landscape and achieve self-sufficiency. Our impact is measured by the success stories of those we serve, and we are proud to be a part of their journey.
